IMR has a well planned campus of its own sprawling over 5 acres of land with well groomed green lawns, pampered flower beds and trees. Its location just outside the town keeps it pollution free, quiet and serene yet accessible from the city. The institute has all the modern resources to impart quality education and facilitate better learning.  The institute has separate academic and administrative blocks, a huge library, several large state-of-the-art computer labs, air-conditioned lecture halls, separate hostels for boys and girls and a cafeteria. It also has a spacious auditorium having ample room to accommodate 300 people which is used for conducing guest lectures, seminars, workshops and conferences. The boy's hostel is situated within the campus itself and has all necessary amenities. The resident students have access to both indoor and outdoor games along with a common room equipped with entertainment facilities. The hostel is well guarded by the institutes own security personnel. The mess is run on co-operative basis by the mess committee of resident students and adheres to strict standards of hygiene.  The girl's hostel is situated in the heart of Ghaziabad city at Shastri Nagar & Kavi Nagar with all above facilities. The institute has its own bus service linking all major parts of Ghaziabad, ISBT, Anand Vihar and New Delhi.
